I saw a movie tonight.

It's called "Låt den rätte komma in," which stands for "Let the right one in." It was an amazing film. (Or 'movie' if you like saying that better. I'm not trying to be all contrary here.) I saw it at Circle Cinema, but I'm not sure how long it's showing there. It was so good, though. Really.

The movie's about a Swedish boy who meets a girl and they fall in love. It's really about vampires and family and enemies too, but heck, the movie was so endearing, I can't help but just focus on the lovestory. It is so good, though. Really.

I'd highly recommend you track this one down and watch it asap. It's just so good. Really.

It's about time for an update, neh?

I did some Christmas shopping today. It was online. The gift won't get here till Jan 12th or so, but that's OK. I'm just glad to have found it.

Also, I posted this on Xanga, but why not give it a whirl over here, too? I recently found this site called Grooveshark, and it's pretty nice. It has a large variety of songs you can listen to, and you can make and share playlists, too. How nice! So I decided to play around with a mix I'm starting to put together for a friend. Enjoy!

Blast from the past

Sorta forgot about this blog...that happens from time to time. Welp, I'm going to try to make better use of this thing from now on. I've said that in the past, but was overly ambitious. (Which led to becoming easily overwhelmed.) So for now, we're just gonna keep it nice and simple. Let's just talk about the daily grind, post some photos, collaborate on the music, talk golf --whatever happens to be going on.

For instance, I felt like posting this bball pic. No real reason. Just cause I like it.

Gettin' my Flickr on.

So, you can post blog entries from within your Flickr account. I sorta like this integration.

This is a photo of Sufjan Stevens from way back in the day. It was taken at a show in Lawrence, KS, and it was one of the first sets shot on my D70s. The photo's not much to write home about, and it's grainy as hell, but I like it anyway.

In any case, there's the post for today. Let's get out there and make stuff happen!
